The rural house is rented as a whole, preferably to groups.
The minimum number of rooms to rent the whole house is 5 rooms.
The minimum stay is two nights, except for complete groups that fill the 10 rooms, which can rent only one night.

The prices per double room are as follows according to the size of the group renting the house:
5 ROOMS

6-7 rooms
(minimum 2 nights)
55 €/room/night VAT included
8 - 10 rooms
(1 night possible)
50 €/room/night VAT included
It is possible to serve breakfast to guests in the dining room, for a price of 3€/person (breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, traditional local pastries, bread, oil).
Reservations
- Bookings can be made by telephone, WhatsApp and email.
- 20% of the corresponding rental cost will be requested in advance.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days before the day of arrival. After this date the advance payment will not be refunded, except in the case of a major cause justified by documentation.
- An additional deposit of 100 euros in cash is established at the entrance, which will be returned after checking the state of the house.
